2. Purpose of the website
First10000Humans is a finite digital registry and cultural project that publishes approved public profiles of people who complete the registration, payment and manual human-verification process.
The label “verified human” only means that a moderator reviewed the temporary proof requested by this project. It is not a government identity check, a qualified electronic identity service, a biometric certification, a guarantee of a person’s statements or proof that an account elsewhere belongs to the same person.
3. Access and acceptable use
By accessing the website, you agree to use it lawfully and without damaging, disabling, overloading or interfering with the service. Automated scraping, abusive traffic, attempts to bypass security controls, impersonation, fraud, malicious uploads and unauthorised access are prohibited.
Security controls may rate-limit requests, log suspicious activity or block abusive sources. These measures do not create a guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
4. Registration, payment and publication
- A registry number is not final until payment is confirmed and the manual review is approved.
- Reservations may expire if the process is not completed within the period displayed during registration.
- Some special numbers may have a different price. The applicable price is displayed and locked when the number is reserved.
- Submitting a payment does not guarantee approval. Rejected applicants may be asked to correct or replace the verification proof in accordance with the workflow shown on the website.
- The operator may reject or remove unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading or rights-infringing content and may preserve records where required for legal claims, fraud prevention or compliance.
Any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
5. Intellectual property and participant content
The website design, code, branding, texts, graphics and original project materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No transfer of ownership is made by access to the site.
Participants retain rights in the profile text, image and links they submit. By requesting publication, they grant the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, resize, display and technically distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure, archive and promote the public registry. This licence ends when the content is removed, except for lawful backups, records required by law and materials already shared by third parties outside the operator’s control.
You must have the necessary rights and permissions for everything you submit. Do not upload another person’s photograph or personal data without lawful authority.
6. Availability, external links and liability
The website is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. Maintenance, technical incidents, third-party services, force majeure or security measures may temporarily affect availability.
External links are provided for convenience. The operator does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their availability, content or privacy practices.
Nothing in this notice excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.
7. Applicable law and contact
This website is governed by the mandatory laws applicable to the operator and, subject to consumer-protection rules, by the laws of Spain. Mandatory jurisdiction rights of consumers remain unaffected.
Questions, rights requests and legal notices can be sent through the contact page or to info@xkema.com.
